The Department has reissued a request for proposals for charter school expansion grants funded by ɫ��ɫ’s Charter Schools Program State grant.�� The RFP is available at .�� Please be sure to read the reissued RFP carefully, as certain elements have changed.

The purpose of the grant program is to support the expansion of high-quality educational opportunities for students in ɫ��ɫ by expanding the number of seats in existing charter schools in ɫ��ɫ that are already providing a significant educational benefit to students, especially those who are at the greatest risk of not meeting State academic standards.

Questions regarding the RFP must be directed to GC20.013@nysed.gov by 10/15/21.�� Questions and answers will be posted no later than 10/29/21.�� The application due date is 11/19/21.
